Product Description :
The EPEG monomer is suitable for producing polycarboxylate superplasticizers with excellent water-reducing and slump-retaining effects. The polycarboxylate superplasticizers produced by this product are non-toxic, non-irritating, and belong to environmentally friendly and high-performance polycarboxylate superplasticizers. They have a high water-reducing rate, good slump retention, and wide adaptability to cement.
Product Properties :
Low dosage requirement; high water-reduction efficiency; minimal slump loss; excellent volume stability; and non-corrosive to steel reinforcement.
⓵ Low Dosage & High Efficiency: Solid content of concentrate: 20%; Dosage: 1.0% (by mass of cementitious materials); Water-reduction rate: 26–40%; Cost-effectiveness: Superior.
⓶ Slump Retention: Slump retention after 1 hour: >80%.
⓷ Compressive Strength Enhancement: Compressive strength ratio vs. reference concrete: 1-day ⩾160%, 3- day ⩾150%, 28-day ⩾140%.
⓸ Durability Improvement: reduces water-to-binder ratio; enhances concrete density and long-term durability.
⓹ Environmental Compliance, production process excludes: formaldehyde; chloride ions(Cl⁻); and sulfate ions (SO₄²⁻).
