HPEG-2400
Product Description :
HPEG-2400 is a methallyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (MW 2400 ± 100 g/mol) produced through controlled ethoxylation, and serves as the primary polyether monomer for manufacturing polycarboxylate ether (PCE) superplasticizers. It has the characteristics of high reaction activity and high retention rate of double bonds.
Product Properties :
⓵ High-cost performance. In the case of achieving the same water reduction rate, it has high-cost performance.
⓶ Low dosage, large water reduction rate. The water-reducing agent mother liquor with 20% solid content and 1.0% dosage (the dosage of cementitious material), the water reduction rate can reach 30-35%.
⓷ Good plasticity. Concrete slump loss after 1 h is small.
⓸ Excellent durability. It can greatly reduce the water consumption and improve the durability of concrete.
⓹ Green environmental protection. No formaldehyde, which is harmful to the environment, is used in the production process of water-reducing agents, and the content of chloride ions and sulfate is low.
